Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, classes, and services provided by Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the policies outlined below. Any reference to “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd.

1. Booking & Payment

Advance Booking Required: All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system.
Payment Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Standard Classes: You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited class.
Private Lessons: Require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Class Packages: Packages must be used within the validity period. Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Waitlist & Drop-In Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space opens up, you’ll receive a notification via email.
Drop-ins are allowed only if there is space available. Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your spot.

4. Instructor Substitutions

Instructors may be changed without prior notice. No refunds will be issued due to instructor substitutions.

5. Class Level Requirements

Some classes require prior experience. Instructors at Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd reserve the right to recommend a different class if necessary for your safety or progression.

6. Workshops, Events & Non-Refundable Deposits

Special events, workshops, and intensives may have unique booking and cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable. No-shows for events will not be refunded.

7. Studio Policies

Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. If you miss the warm-up, you may not be allowed to join for safety reasons.
Health & Safety: Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before class begins.
Age Restrictions: You must be 18+ to attend. Participants under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent.
Drugs & Alcohol: Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Respect & Conduct: We foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the studio without refund.

8. COVID-19 & General Health Protocols

Do not attend class if you feel unwell or have tested positive for a contagious illness within the past 7 days.
Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd reserves the right to deny entry to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.

9. Required Equipment

All participants must bring their own yoga mat and two yoga blocks to every class. These are required and not provided by the studio.

10. Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in classes, events or workshop, you acknowledge that pole and aerial fitness involve physical exertion and risk. You participate voluntarily and release Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd, its instructors, and staff from all liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

11. Personal Belongings

Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

12. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data solely for class registration, communication, and safety purposes. Your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

13. Photography & Video Recording

No photos or videos may be taken during class without prior instructor approval. Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd may occasionally take promotional photos—your consent will be requested in advance.

14. Amendments to Terms

Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and booking system.

By booking a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
