Cancellation Policy
ELIAH Beauty Booking Policy A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment. ELIAH Beauty is a mobile makeup service. Please provide your full address, postcode and contact number when booking. Travel outside the standard service area, parking, congestion or toll charges are payable by the client where applicable. Clients must provide a clean, safe, smoke-free workspace with adequate lighting, a chair, suitable table and access to a power socket if required. ELIAH Beauty reserves the right to refuse or end a service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate. Appointments starting before 8:00am incur a £15 early start fee. A second location within a 10-minute drive is charged at £10. Additional travel will be quoted separately. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, waiting time is charged at £1 per minute. If no one is present on arrival, ELIAH Beauty will wait for up to 15 minutes before the appointment may be treated as a no-show. Children and pets must be supervised and kept away from the makeup area throughout the appointment. The client is responsible for any loss or damage to ELIAH Beauty's products, equipment or kit caused by themselves, members of their household, guests, children or pets. Reasonable repair or replacement costs will be payable by the client. Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions or medical concerns before their appointment. Whilst every care is taken with hygiene and professional products, ELIAH Beauty cannot accept responsibility for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Photographs and videos may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes only with the client's consent. By paying the booking retainer, you confirm that you have read and agree to ELIAH Beauty's Booking and Cancellation Policies.
