Class Duration: 1 hour 20 mins Buy a class package and Save! Instead of paying per class, grab our [5 Class or 10 Class Packages] and save up to £40 off the total cost. Ready to try something new? Our beginner-friendly class will teach you pole basics, fun spins, and easy transitions. No experience needed — just bring yourself and get ready to feel stronger, and more confident from day one! Class starts at the hour prompt. Please do not use any moisturiser on the skin before your session as this will make you slippery on the pole and increase the chances of injuries. No jewellery allowed. Please bring a bottle of water, a mat and a small towel. CLOTHING: Bring shorts and sports vest to help with skin to pole contact/grip which is extremely important. Socks and or leg warmers.

Cancellation Policy
By booking a class with Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system. Your spot is only secured once full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable, except if the class is cancelled by Eliah Aerial Arts Ltd. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Group classes: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class. Private lessons: Require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Packages: Must be used within the stated validity period. Expired sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. 3. Waitlist & Drop-In If a class is full, join the waitlist and you’ll be notified if a spot opens. Drop-ins are welcome only if space is available. Advance booking is highly recommended. 4. Instructor Substitution Instructors may change without notice. Refunds will not be issued due to substitutions. 5. Late Arrival Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. For safety reasons, if you miss the warm-up, you may not be allowed to join the class. 6. Essential Equipment All students must bring their own mat to class.
