At Eliah Aerial Arts, each piece is handmade to order with care. We do not keep stock or overproduce in order to reduce waste and protect the environment. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We kindly ask that you review your size, color, and style choices carefully before placing your order. We want you to feel fully confident and happy with your purchase.
What if there’s an issue with my item?
While we do not accept returns or refunds, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives with a defect, incorrect size (from our error), or other issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We're happy to offer one of the following solutions:
